Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the tender care of the General Hospital, on Monday, 8 April, 2013, aged 92 years, much-loved Mum of Frank and Joyce, mother-in-law of Joan and Gerry, dearest Nan to Jason and Julie, Adrian and Vikki, Shane and Louise, Anthony and Rose, adored great-Nan of James, Harley, Liam, Liam, Emily and Kaitlyn. Daphne, Janice and Gary would like to thank all those who have sent cards and kind messages of condolence following the death of Lol. Thank you to Reverend Andy Thewlis for his kindness, support and help and to Reverend Derek Turner for making the funeral service memorable, we were overwhelmed by how many family and friends were in attendance that afternoon. A sincere thank you to Doctor Nigel Minihane, to all the fantastic staff from the EAU and Corbière Wards at the General Hospital for the wonderful care they gave to Lol and thank you also to the staff at Clarkson House, who made Lol’s last days so comfortable and supported us with such care.
