Thérèse, Robert, Richard and family would like to thank everyone who attended Bernard’s funeral, and to all those who sent cards, phone calls, beautiful floral tributes and donations to Jersey Hospice. Our deepest gratitude goes to Deacon David Cahill for his caring support and for conducting such a beautiful funeral service. Special thanks to Lynda for the eulogy, Rachel for her poem, Malcolm L’Amy for playing the organ, Simone Garton for her beautiful solo of Ave Maria, and to the funeral choir. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff on both the Rozel and Corbière wards at the General Hospital for their excellent care and attention to Bernard during his short stay. Sincere thanks to Neil Dingle and staff at Pitcher & Le Quesne for their kindness and professional handling of the funeral arrangements.
