The family of the late Peter John Vasse wish to express their heartfelt gratitude for the love, support and kindness shown to them during this difficult time. We would especially like to thank Cherie and her team at Pitcher & Le Quesne for their professionalism and care, and Father Ambrose for leading such a meaningful and memorable celebration of Peter’s life. Our sincere thanks also go to everyone who attended the service, sent messages of sympathy, cards and flowers, and to all who contributed in any way to making the day so special. Stephen, Elizabeth and their families would like to thank friends for their kindness, sympathy and messages of support following the loss of Danny. Grateful thanks to all who attended the funeral service and who made donations in Danny’s memory to the Sanctuary Trust or the Jersey Brain Tumour Charity. TAYLOR, Theresa Joy (née Le Troquer)

Theresa passed away peacefully, with her father by her side, on Saturday, 21 February, 2026, aged just 47, in the loving and dedicated care of all at Jersey Hospice after a relatively short but bravely borne illness. Loving and caring mother to her children Jacob and Bethany, beloved daughter of Michel and Barbara, sister of Lilley and her husband Tim and Aunty to Ella and Henry. Theresa will be so greatly missed for ever by all her loving family and friends.

Theresa was so grateful to her friends from St Paul’s Church who visited and helped her during her illness and will also be greatly missed by the Sisters, School Governors, teachers, staff and pupils at FCJ Primary School where she taught her young pupils with so much love and affection.

Passed away peacefully at Lakeside Manor on Saturday, 21 February, 2026, in her 100th year, beloved wife of the late Marcel, adored mother of Josephine, Wendy, Mark and the late Peter. A very much-loved grandmother and great-grandmother who will be deeply missed.

Tragically killed on 26 February, 1983, a beloved daughter, devoted mother and loving sister, now reunited with parents Don and Lyn, and siblings John and Julia.
