The family would like to thank everyone who attended his funeral service at St Peter’s Parish Church. We would like to thank Canon David Shaw for conducting the service, and Maillards Funeral Directors in making the arrangements. We would also like to thank all staff at the General Hospital for their care, and our family and friends for the cards, flowers, and donations to the charities and the support they gave us at this very sad time.

Ted, Sue, Mark and Catherine would like to thank everyone who attended Christine’s funeral service at St George’s Church. We would like to thank the Rev Ian Pallent for conducting the service with such sincerity and dignity. To Beryl Vibert for her help with the beautiful arrangements of spring flowers, and to Emma Keirle at the organ. To the many who sent cards and messages of sympathy, made telephone calls or called to see us at this very sad time. To those who have made or will be making donations to Dementia Jersey, our equal thanks. Finally to Alicia and Maria at Maillards for their kindness and care when making the funeral arrangements.

We would like to sincerely thank those who attended the funeral of Joyce earlier this month, family and friends for their condolences and loving support during this sad time, and also for their kind donations to Family Nursing in memory of Mum. To Shane Hatherley and his colleagues at De Gruchy’s Funeral Care for their professional services, Pastor Leon Coates from Quennevais Evangelical Church for his care, compassion, and creating such a fitting and well delivered service for Mum, and all the staff, both past and present, at Lavender Villa Residential Home at Grouville, for the loving care and friendship they gave to Joyce during her time there.

Passed away peacefully on Friday, 17 March, 2023, in her 92nd year, reunited with her beloved husband Chas and sister Emily. Dearly loved mother to Helen and Keith, mother-in-law to Sarah, grandmother to Katherine, Elizabeth and Stephen.
