– Tony, Justin, Nicola and Maria would like to send thanks to all family, friends and ex-work colleagues who attended Janet’s funeral, sent cards, flowers and messages of support and kindness, or made donations in Janet’s memory during this time of sorrow. We are grateful to Reverend Tony Morling for the very caring way he led Janet’s funeral service, and to Pitcher & Le Quesne, especially Gareth John, for helping us get through this difficult time. Our appreciation goes to all the medical staff at the General Hospital in Jersey and John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford for the care and treatment they gave to Janet.
Passed away peacefully at the General Hospital on Thursday, 22 December, 2022, aged 92 years, much-loved Mum of Diane and Robert, and mother-in-law to Freddie and Anne, now reunited with her beloved late husband Jim.
Rest in peace dear Mum.

Passed away peacefully at Jersey Hospice Care in the loving care of his son on Tuesday, 20 December, 2022, in his 81st Year, beloved father to Karl, grandfather to Clodagh, father-in-law to Barbara, brother to Joe, Alex and David and uncle to his nephews and nieces, and their families in Liverpool. Allan will be sadly missed by all his family, friends and regulars at the Dorset Tavern and fellow members of the Everton Supporters Club.
Our heartfelt thanks to Cate and Katie at the Stoma Clinic, Dr Mandy Du Feu, Karolina, Andrew and the team at Positive Steps, Ashling, Josh and all of the doctors and nursing teams at Jersey General Hospital. To Julie Jones at Jersey Hospice Care, who was with Allan and the family every step of his final journey, our eternal gratitude.
