OLIVER, Malcolm.

– Pauline and family send their heartfelt thanks to all those who have sent cards, flowers and messages of support and kindness during this time of sorrow. We are grateful to Reverend Tony Morling for the very caring way he led Malcolm’s funeral service, and to Pitcher & Le Quesne for helping us get through this difficult time. Our appreciation to the General Hospital and in particular Dr Bangalore and his medical team on Rozel Ward for the care and treatment they gave to Malcolm, and finally, a special thank you to Paul Mee for sharing his memories of Malcolm.

AUDRAIN, Francis Rouxel (Bob)

1931 – 2022.

Passed away peacefully in the care of the Jersey General Hospital on Thursday, 17 November, 2022, aged 91 years, dearly loved husband of Marjie, devoted Dad of Gary and daughter-in-law Tanya, cherished, grandfather of Stefan and his wife Emily, Chantelle and her husband Tylor and Jacques, great-grandfather to Logan, much-loved brother-in-law of Gina, brother of Len and his wife Yvonne, brother-in-law Sandra and his late brother Dennis.

Thanks must go to all the family for the love and support shown to Bob during his illness. He will be deeply missed by all his family and friends.

Funeral Service

Relatives and friends wishing to attend Bob’s funeral service are invited to meet at Grouville Parish Church on Wednesday, 30 November at 10.30 am, followed by burial at La Croix Cemetery.

Family flowers only.

Donations may be sent in Bob’s memory to Jersey Friends of Anthony Nolan, Le Vouet, 2 Ivy Close, La Rue de la Croix, St Ouen, JE3 2HA.

AUGRE, Bertha (Betty)

Aged 92 years, Betty passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, 23 November, 2022, in the care of SilverLea Care Home, reunited at long last with her beloved husband Joseph. Betty is survived by her son Jean, granddaughters Louise and Colette, and great-grandchildren Thomas, Elena, Emiley and Zoe. Betty will be greatly missed by all her family and many friends.
