GRAY, Peter. –

Jean, Sue and all the family would like to thank everyone who attended Peter’s funeral and also for all the cards, flowers, gifts and messages of support shown to them. Special thanks to Dr Edelenbos of Lister Surgery for his care of Peter over many years and also to the district nurses, doctor and community nurses from Jersey Hospice whose care meant so much over the past 9 months, enabling Peter to remain at home with his family. Huge thanks also to Lynsey Mallinson for conducting such a personal service and for her compassion toward the family at such a sad time, and finally, many thanks to the team at De Gruchy’s Funeral Care.

DE CAEN, Ernest Hubert

Passed away peacefully in the excellent care of Cheval Roc Care Home on Saturday, 12 November, 2022, aged 93 years, husband of Daisy, father of Barry and Mandy.

A private funeral will take place.

Passed away in the care of Jersey Hospice on Sunday, 13 November, 2022, after a short illness, loving mother of Allan, Bryan and Anne, mother-in-law to Marie-Christine, grandmother and great-grandmother, cherished sister of Betty and Milly. She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.
