– Geraldine, Samantha and Simon would like to thank all friends and relatives who attended Maurice’s funeral and sent cards and messages of condolence. Sincere thanks to our GP’s, Dr Ed Klaber and Dr Mark Fullerton, for their support. Our gratitude to all the doctors, nurses and medical staff at Jersey General Hospital, especially A&E, AAU, the Le Quesne Haematology/Oncology Department, and Sorel Ward for their compassionate care for Maurice and the kindness shown to our family. Thanks also to Canon David Shaw MBE of St Clement’s Church for his support and for conducting such a memorable service, to Malcolm L’Amy for playing the organ, to Tim Barnes for his guitar rendition, and to the Rotary Club de la Manche for their Guard of Honour. BEILLARD, Sylvia (née Lennard)

Passed peacefully at the hospital on Tuesday, 23 August, 2022, widow of Douglas, mother to Graham and the late Craig, grandmother of Prahlada and Joshua.

JEANNE, Beryl Grace (née Elliott)

Passed away peacefully at St Ewolds Residential Home on Thursday, 1 September, 2022, aged 98 years, wife of the late Philip, mother of Roy and daughter-in-law of Joan, mother to the late Colin and Barry and sister to Joan, loving Nan and Great-Nana to all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.
