A lifelong friend and workmate of Geoff, Steve sadly passed away whilst in hospital in the UK.
An informal gathering for all his friends and acquaintances over the years will be held at the Prince of Wales pub, French lane, St Helier at 6 pm on Friday, 13 June.
A private cremation has taken place with Steves ashes being scattered at one of his favourite fishing haunts.

Anthony and family wish to thank everyone who attended Mums funeral service, Reverend Canon Paul Brooks for conducting such a beautiful service and the organist and choir. Also thank you to the staff at St Ewolds Care Home for caring for Mum so well for many years. Passed away peacefully on Monday, 2 June, 2025, in Bunbury, Western Australia, surrounded by her loving family, much-loved wife of the late Leo Watts (Watts Motors), cherished mother of the late Jan Clark, Garry, Graham, Brendan, Brian, Murray and their partners, loving Gran to 18 grand children and 13 great-grandchildren. She will be remembered affectionately by her brother Maurice Fox, her sister Bette Dauny and all her family in Jersey, and Australia.
