PALLOT, Carole (née Piazza).

– Dom, Matteo and the Piazza and Pallot families would like to express their sincere thanks to all of Carole’s family, friends and colleagues for all of the cards, flowers, kind words of support and comfort which they received during their recent bereavement. They would in particular like to thank Reverend Tracy Le C Bromley for her love and words of wisdom, Julian de la Cour and the team at Maillards for their professionalism and grace, Diane Young from Appleblossoms for the beautiful floral tribute and Stage 2 Productions, who enabled so many people in Jersey and around the world to join in the celebration of Carole’s life. They would like to express their heartfelt gratitude regarding the expertise and understanding from the professional care and relief for Carole during the last few weeks in very difficult circumstances from the consultants, doctors and nurses at the Oncology department and Sorel Ward at the General Hospital and at Clarkson House. They would also like to genuinely thank everyone who has made a donation in Carole’s memory to Jersey Hospice Care, which is such a worthy cause.

AGNES, Elizabeth Anne (Betty)

Passed away peacefully in Scotland on Wednesday, 28 July, 2021, in her 99th year. Beloved wife of the late John for 62 years, loving mother to Anne, Robin, David and Jean and their families, much-loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

ESNOUF, Geoff

Passed away in the care of Le Petit Bosquet on Sunday, 1 August, 2021, in his 73rd year, beloved husband to Elaine, devoted Dad to Claire and Andrew, father-in-law to Paul and Haley, PopPops to Ethan, Alex and Mac, stepfather to Rebecca and Jonny and their partners Robin and Casey, and PopPops to Mia.

Funeral Service

Geoff’s Funeral service will be held at St Saviour’s Parish Church.

KNIGHT, Barbara Audrey (née Le Breton)

Died peacefully in the loving care of L’Hermitage Care Home on Friday, 30 July, 2021, much-loved mother of Sally and Josette, Granny of Chris and Lizzie, great-Gran of Leo and Jamie Joe. Fondly remembered by Peter and Nick.

A small private burial will be held next week.

A commemoration of Barbara’s life will follow at a later date.
