SMITH, Trevor Alan.

Ann and Ian would like to thank their family and friends and all those who attended Trevor’s funeral. The great many cards and letters of condolence and tributes to Trevor have been overwhelming. A very special thanks to the Reverend Martin Evans for conducting the memorable service, Julian and his team at Maillards for their professional and compassionate help in all aspects of the arrangements, and the wonderful music from Clive Cooper and the Choir. Such a wonderful celebration of Trevor’s life. Thanks to the paramedics, doctors and nurses in A&E, and Dr Jessica Vaz and all the wonderful and dedicated ward staff who cared for Trevor in his final days. Also a very big thank you to both the Mens and Ladies captain, all the committee members and everyone at St Clement’s Golf Club for all their kindness and support. Everything was a fitting tribute to a very special man.
