LAMB, Steve.

Ali would like to thank everyone who attended the funeral service and to those who sent cards, letters, beautiful flowers and other gifts, each with a message providing great comfort at a very sad time. Thanks to all who sent donations to Rugby for Heroes, and thanks to the dedicated staff on ICU who looked after Steve so well. Sincere thanks to Rev Jenny Pathmarajah who delivered a wonderful and fitting tribute to celebrate Steve’s life, and for being a great support. Appreciative thanks to Cherie Le Maistre and the team at Pitcher & Le Quesne for their kindness, professionalism and sensitive handling of the funeral arrangements. Thanks also to Mikas and staff at Rozel Pub for holding the wake.

NOEL, Harold Charles.

Harold’s family would like to thank the many relatives and friends who have sympathised with them over the loss of Harold. We have been overwhelmed with the amount of cards, calls and messages received, along with the many people who joined with them (some from far afield) to celebrate Harold’s life, and those who have made donations to Les Amis, Harold’s chosen charity. It is heart warming to know how much he meant to so many. Special thanks go to Alicia and her team at Maillards for dealing with the funeral arrangements in such a compassionate and caring way, and to Rev Tony Morling for conducting such a special and personal service. Finally, special mention should also be made of the carers at Jeanne Jugan unit at St Joseph’s care home who looked after Harold (and his family) so well.
