Passed away peacefully on Saturday, 1 May, 2021, at Jersey General Hospital, aged 88 years, much-loved husband of 63 years to Maureen, and beloved father of Alison, Gillian and Helen, Grandad and Pops to Eleanor, James, Alex and Charles. Frank was formerly a member of the teaching staff at Victoria College, Vingtenier of Grouville Parish and Rate Assessor for St Helier Parish. He will be greatly missed.
