MOIGNARD, Paul Christopher

It is with great sadness that Paul’s passing away is announced. He left us on Monday, 12 April, 2021, after a short illness bravely borne in hospital with his dear mother Pauline at his side. He leaves a gaping hole in the lives of all who knew him.

Funeral service will be strictly private due to Covid restrictions.

WHITTINGHAM, Richard William (Ricky)

Passed away peacefully in the tender care of Jersey Hospice on Tuesday, 13 April, 2021, surrounded by his loving family, aged 72 years. Beloved husband of Isabel, much-loved Dad of Justine, Zoe and Fabian, a loving father-in-law and Pops. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Reunited with his loving son Chris.

GIRARD, Lourdes (formerly Lourdes Pereira)

Passed away peacefully amongst her family on Saturday, 10 April, 2021, beloved wife to George, devoted Mum to John and George Jnr, adored sister to Milla (Ana), Helena and Marina, and cherished sister-in-law to Diane, Louis, Mandy and Dave. Lourdes was greatly admired for the way she approached her long battle with illness. She never showed self-pity and was always more concerned for others. She was a much-loved teaching assistant at First Tower School, helping many children with their first steps in mastering reading.

A private funeral service will be held at the Crematorium.

HORSFALL, Thelma Rosalind

Thelma was a very dear sister-in-law to Simone and Ted, she was a much-loved and admired aunt of Nicole, Anthony and Lindsay, and a special great-aunt to Samuel, Amelia and Sophie.

She will be greatly missed by us all.

LILFORD, Pamela (Lady) (née Weait) (formerly Pam Adams)

Passed away peacefully at home on Friday, 19 March, 2021, a much-beloved mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all her family and many friends.

A private funeral was held on Wednesday, 31 March at St Brelade’s Church.
