MARSH, John William Frederick (Jim).

– Marina, Diana and family would like to thank everyone who attended Jim’s celebration of life, sent cards, letters, messages and flowers. Thank you to Brett, Dave and Ally from the ambulance service for their assistance and kindness, heartfelt thanks to Jersey Hospice who looked after Jim and the family with such great care and compassion, and a huge thank you to Rev Mark Barrett of St Andrew’s Church for a truly wonderful service and for being such a comfort to us all. Thank you to the States of Jersey Police and to the four ex-Police Officers who were pall bearers. Finally, grateful thanks to Andy and the team at Pitcher & Le Quesne for a beautiful send off.

VAUTIER, Harold Le Sueur

Passed away peacefully at St Joseph’s Nursing Home on Friday, 19 March, 2021, beloved father of Sarah, adored brother of Elizabeth, Bernard and Marlene, Colin, and proud uncle to all his nieces and nephews. He will be missed by all his family and friends.

Harold’s funeral service will be at Ebenezer Chapel, Trinity, followed by burial at Trinity Parish Cemetery.

LE MARQUAND, Francis (Danny)

17.10.1931 – 21.03.2021.

We are sad to announce the unexpected passing of Francis in the early hours of Sunday, 21 March, 2021. He died peacefully at home surrounded by those who loved him and whom he loved. He was a loving husband to Margaret (Peg), father to Simon and Dawn, Paul and Sue, grandfather to Matt, Emma, Madeleine and Tilly, and true friend to many. A remarkable man who will be forever missed by all who knew him. He was much loved, well respected and a true gentleman.

Passed away peacefully on Monday, 22 March, 2021, in his hundredth year, dearly loved husband of the late Joan, wonderful Dad to John and Jane, Peter and Jean, Michael and Sue, a much-loved Grandad and great-Grandad to all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Passed away peacefully in the loving care of the General Hospital on Saturday, 20 March, 2021, aged 80 years, beloved wife of the late Gordon, much-loved mother of Dean and Mandy, and Neil and Becky, Nan to Mark, Thomas, Emma, Bryony-Jasmine and Ben, great-Nan to Payton, Reegan and Jaxon. Winnie will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.
