CUDLIPP, Christine May (née Le Brun)

Passed away peacefully in the tender care of Pinewood Residential Home on Wednesday, 31 March, 2021, in her 92nd year. Wife of the late Roy, beloved mother of Sheila, Simon, Jenny, Chris and Michelle, Mommen of Ryan, Annie, Ramsay, Harriet, Susan, Ella and Katie, great-grandmother of six small boys. Christine will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

Funeral service

Private funeral to be held at Trinity Church.

MAY, George Paul

The Connétable, Procureurs, St Brelade Honorary Police and past and present members of the Municipality are saddened at the recent passing of George May, a former Parish Centenier and devoted servant to the Parish.

We all send our sincere condolences to Anne and all the family for their loss but we thank both George and Anne for the time they entrusted to the Parish working with several connétables.

We would like to thank Family Nursing for their care and support during Roy’s illness. It is with great sadness that we acknowledge the passing away of Charlie, who served as a Member of the Parish of Trinity Roads Committee from December 1993 to date. A valued member of our municipality, our condolences go to Rosemary and his family.

HORNBY, Marie Elaine (née Letto)

11.10.53 to 27.03.21.

Beloved wife of Stuart, mother of Tim and the late Alex, mother-in-law to Hannah and Tamara and Nanna to Dylan.

After a short illness Marie passed away peacefully at her home in France with Stuart and Tim at her side. She is now at peace with Alex her beloved son who passed away 20 months ago.

A Cremation was held in France on Friday, 2 April.

A celebration of Marie’s life will be held in Jersey as soon as Covid allows with her ashes being interred in St Martin.
