Sadly passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, 1 March, 2021, aged 82 years, loving wife of Frank, caring Mum of Teresa, Suzy and Richard, mother-in-law of Rupert and George, and proud Nanny of Hester and Emma. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

Passed away on Friday, 26 February, 2021, aged 96 years, wife of the late Eddie Travers, loving mother to Graham and Janet, grandmother to Heidi, Kerry, Ian and Kevin, great-grandmother to Eleanor, Jamie, Kiona, Joshua, Corey, Amalie and Trinity, and great-great-grandmother to Myla. She will be sadly missed by all family and friends.

– Catherine would like to sincerely thank those who attended Christian’s funeral, and all relatives, friends and neighbours for their words of comfort, cards and support during this sad time. – Thank you to everyone who expressed condolences, your touching words were of great comfort to the family. Our appreciation goes to Gareth and his team at Pitcher & Le Quesne Funeral Directors, and Reverend Mark Bond for providing a wonderful farewell. A memorial service will be held on Friday, 10 September at St Brelade’s Bay Church at noon, in celebration of Jeremy’s (Pongo’s) life.

– Kevin, Nicky and the family would like to thank all relatives and friends who sent cards and messages of condolence, our thanks also to those who attended the funeral and for the donations made to Jersey Alzheimer’s Association in Kath’s memory. They would like to express their gratitude to Reverend Mark Bond who conducted the service so beautifully, and to Shane Hatherley and his team at De Gruchy’s Funeral Care for arranging Kath’s funeral with such kindness and compassion. Finally, they want to thank the staff of Beaumont Villa for their wonderful care of Kath over the past seven years.

Died peacefully on Sunday, 28, February, 2021 after a long illness. Everybody knew Barry as a kind, generous man, highly respected in his professional career and loved by his devoted wife, Barbara. Barry will be sadly missed.

MARSH, John William Frederick (Jim)

Passed peacefully away in the tender care of Jersey Hospice, surrounded by his loving family on Monday, 1 March, 2021, aged 89 ¾. Jim was the much-loved husband of the late Sylvia, a devoted and wonderful Dad to Marina and Diana, great father-in-law to Bernie and John, incredible Grandpa ‘Jim’ to Ben, Kirsten and Jenny and her husband Jack, and best Great-Grandpa ‘Jim’ to baby Samuel. He will be missed so very much by all his family and friends.
