SOWDEN, Jacqueline Carol (née Ince)

Passed away peacefully on Friday, 10 July, 2020, aged 69 years, beloved wife of the late Terry, sister to Yvonne, Michelle, and her late brother Robert. Jackie will be greatly missed by her family and friends here and afar.

A private funeral service will be held for Jackie due to the continued situation on the Island.

LE GRESLEY, Muriel

On Thursday, 28 May, 2020, Muriel Le Gresley passed peacefully into the presence of her Lord in her 98th year and is now reunited with Ray. She will be dearly missed by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as her wider family and many friends.

‘God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.’ Psalm 46v1.

Donations, in memory of Muriel, can be sent to the Leprosy Mission and the M.S. Society.

TURNER Beryl –

Steve and Jenny, Trevor and Ben, would like to thank family and friends for cards and messages received at this sad time, and for floral tributes and donations made in Beryl’s memory. Special thanks to the Manager and staff at Pinewood for looking after Beryl over the past year, and especially for their loving care and support during her final weeks. Our dear son John Alan Le Seelleur, who recently passed away and will be sadly missed.

John, his wife Shannon, and all our family would like to offer our profound thanks to everyone helping us through this most difficult time; all those who sent such thoughtful cards, flowers and messages of sympathy. We would also like to thank the consultants, nurses and emergency services and staff at the General Hospital for their support and understanding, and those who sent donations to the RNLI.

John Alan was dearly loved, we had a wonderful life together and will cherish our memories.
