Passed away peacefully after a short illness on Thursday, 4 February, 2021, dearly loved by husband Raoul, daughter Brigitte and son-in-law Nigel, grandsons Raoul and Alexander. Carrie will be sadly missed by family and friends.

DOUBLET, Mary Alice (née Audrain)

Passed away peacefully in the loving care of St Joseph’s Care Home on Thursday, 4 February, 2021, aged 85 years. Beloved wife of the late David, loving and caring Mum to Julie, Kevin, Heidi and the late Michael, mother-in-law to David, Willie and Simon, fun-loving and caring Nana to Maria, Louise, Justin, Stevie, Laura, Sarah, Danielle, Phillip, Ashleigh, Alfie and Zac, great-Nana to Aneka, Ethan, Alex and Lily, and much-loved twin sister of Anne and the late Jean.

Despite contracting polio at a young age, Mary lived her life with courage, determination and with a twinkle in her eye. Now reunited with her beloved husband David and son Michael.

A private family funeral will take place.
