Kath, Alison and Len would like to thank everyone who sent cards, messages of condolence, beautiful flowers and made donations. Thank you to Doctor Worth, the paramedics and staff of Plémont Ward. We are very grateful to everyone who made it possible for Roy to spend his last days at home, especially Family Nursing and carers. Jennifer would like to thank all the family and friends who attended Iris’s funeral at St Ouen’s parish churchyard, for all the kind messages of sympathy, and flowers. Thank you also for the donations to the Jersey Alzheimer’s Association. My thanks go to Mark Burke and all his team at Maillard’s Funeral Directors for their sensitive and professional care, Ivor Barette for the use of his beautiful horse drawn hearse pulled by Duke and Benny, the Reverend Peter Dyson for conducting a beautiful graveside service, Nola Webster for the Bible reading, and Carol’s Florist at Holme Grown for the beautiful floral tribute. Thanks also go to Dr Nigel Stevens and everyone at the Windsor Medical Practice who have given Iris and Jennifer so much support over many years, and Pinewood Residential Home where Mum spent 14 months in their excellent care, showing both Iris and Jennifer boundless compassion and friendship. And finally, Palm Springs Nursing Home, where Iris spent her last 3 months.

Passed away peacefully on Monday, 8 June, 2020, aged 84 years, at the Montrose Care Home, Dorchester, much-loved wife of the late Ted, mother of Sue and Steve, Nanny to Kerry, Alex and Michael.
