Jean and Carol and the family would like to thank all those who attended Edward’s funeral service. To those who sent lovely cards and flowers, and donations to Jersey Hospice Care and the Alzheimer’s Association. Thanks to Rev Geoff Houghton for his words of comfort and for the wonderful service, also to Nick Cabot and the choir of Trinity Church. Also thanks to Dr Bob Parris for his continued care and support. Thank you to the staff at St Ewolds Residential Home, and latterly Silver Springs Care Home for the care and attention given to Edward, and also to Jersey Hospice Care for their help making him more comfortable during his last few days. Special thanks to Mark Burke and all the staff at Maillard’s for their care and support at this difficult time. Once again, thank you all.

Our appreciation also goes to Pitcher & Le Quesne for making such a difficult time stress free from beginning to end.

Last, but by no means least, we would personally like to thank the ambulance girls who tried so hard from our home to the hospital to try and keep Pauline’s heart going, but sadly it was not to be.

Passed away peacefully in the loving care of Fig Tree House on Wednesday, 29 January, 2020, aged 65 years. He will be deeply missed by all his friends at Fig Tree House and elsewhere. ROMERIL, Arthur Geoffrey (Arty)

Dawn, Andy and families would like to thank everyone who attended Arty’s funeral and for all the cards, letters and kind messages. Thank you to the nursing staff of Family Nursing, and the Hospice for all the love and care they showed Dad. A very big thank you to our family who stayed with Dad day and night to be with him 24/7 in his last days. Thanks to Cancer Relief and to the Fire Service who helped us so much, to the Reverend Tony Morling for the lovely service and our thanks also go to Andy Errington-Rennell of Pitcher & Le Quesne Funeral Directors for all his help and understanding.
