BEAL, Una May (née Boardman)

It’s with great sadness we announce the passing of Una on Wednesday, 22 July, 2026, aged 86 years. Beloved wife of 67 years to John, cherished Mum to Anne, Andrew and Lorraine, mother-in-law to Michael, grandmother to Ashley and Magda, Nicholas and Emma, Steven and Robyn, great-grandmother to Callie, Sophie, Libby and Albie, and beloved sister to Terry. Una will be deeply missed by all her loving family in Jersey and in the UK. Her love, kindness and warmth will remain in our hearts forever.

Relatives and friends wishing to attend the funeral service for Una are invited to meet at St Lawrence Parish Church on Friday, 14 August, at 10 am.

A private cremation will follow at a later date.

MOREL-ORCHARD, Maureen (née Kelly)

Aged 96 years, Maureen passed away peacefully on Friday, 31 July, 2026, at the Jersey General Hospital. Wife to the late John, and mother to Nick, Martin and Jeremy. Maureen will be greatly missed by all her family and many friends.

ADWICK, Gwendoline Doris (née Walker) (Gwen)

Passed away in the dedicated care of Lakeside Manor, just 48 hours short of her 95th birthday. Much-loved wife of the late Dennis, beloved Mum to Serena, mother-in-law to Daniel and cherished Nana to Max and Isabelle. Adored sister-in-law, aunt and Godmother. Gwen will be deeply missed by all her family and friends in the UK, Australia, and Jersey.

Passed away at the General Hospital on Monday, 29 June, 2026. Beloved wife of the late Reginald ‘Reg’ and Godmother to Ross. She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.

Widow of the late Wally, died peacefully at home.

Passed away peacefully at Jersey Hospice on Sunday, 26 July, 2026, aged 92 years. Beloved wife of 75 years of Dave, much-loved Mum of Ann, Carol and the late David, mother-in-law of Brian, adored grandmother of Darren, Kevin, Steven and Andrew and great-grandmother of Max, Grace and Lèon.
