Formerly of Jersey, passed away peacefully in Thurso, Scotland after bravely battling cancer on Sunday, 19 October, 2025, at the age of 62. Beloved daughter of Joy and the late Mick, and dear sister of Janine xxx.

Katherine passed away peacefully in the loving care of Jubilee Ward, St Joseph’s Care Home on Saturday, 1 November, 2025, age 85 years, much-loved mother of Kerry and Bryce, mother-in-law of Vicki and doting Nanna of Alfie. Reunited wih her beloved husband, Bryce.

MEYLER, Joy Mary

Passed away peacefully at home in Great Harwood, Blackburn on Tuesday, 14 October, 2025, aged 80 years, a much-loved mother to Donna, Mandy, Joey, Alex, Paddy, Zara, Julia and Ellie, Nana to Jonna and Greg, Callum and Maire, Daniel and Matt, Nadine, Aiden and Keevan, Liam, Naomi, Eva and Lenny and Great Nana to Ruby and Roman, Chloe and Gracie, Maisie, and Cian. She will be deeply missed.

Family and friends wishing to attend the funeral of Joy are invited to meet at St Thomas’ Catholic Church on Wednesday, 12 November, at 10 am, followed by burial at St Saviour’s Parochial Cemetery.

Passed away peacefully at Lakeside Manor on Saturday, 25 October, 2025, aged 89, much-loved husband of 60 years to the late Jean, father to Helen and the late Andrew, father-in-law to Bob and Gill, and Grandad to Clare, Sarah, Jack and Lauren.

Passed away peacefully in the loving care of Jersey Hospice and his family on Sunday, 2 November, 2025, aged 90 years, beloved husband of Lena for 64 years, loving father and father-in-law to Gary and Fatima, and Mark, devoted grandfather to Bianca and partner Christopher and Emily and great-grandfather to Dylan and Ava.
