GREGORY, Eileen Sophia (née Bowdler)

Passed away on Thursday 6 August, 2026, aged 84 years, beloved wife of the late Des, much-loved Mum of Nigel and Sean, grandmother to Ryan and Kieran. Eileen will be sadly missed by her family here and in Derby and Weymouth.

Funeral Service

Eileen’s funeral service will be held in St Ouen’s Parish Church on Wednesday, 2 September at 11 am.

SHAW, Gillian (Gill)

Passed away on Saturday, 1 August, 2026, after a short illness, aged 80 years, in Somerset, dearly loved wife of Leon, mother to André and Nikki, devoted grandmother of Cosmo, Maia, Blade, Marti, Zen and Boadie.

Gill spent many happy years teaching in Jersey, latterly head teacher at Grouville School.

DE LECQ LE MONTAIS, Kenneth

Passed away on Sunday, 9 August, 2026, in Crewkerne Care Home in the UK. who now joins his sons Kiel and Ian. Will be greatly missed by his wife Emerald, daughter Marina and son Garry, Grand-kids Rickie and Darren and Great Grand-kids.
