Constables Officer.

The Constable of St Helier, Honorary Police, Parish Municipality and staff, would like to send their condolences to the family at this time, following their very sad loss.

Guy went to the Angels on Tuesday, 16 June, 2026. He was the most beautiful gentleman, deeply loved and admired by all who knew him. He will be missed forever by his adoring wife Maria, and his beloved children Jessica, Josie, and Harry.

Rest in peace Guy. You will remain in our hearts always.

The Connétable, Procureurs and past and present members of the Municipality are saddened at the recent passing of Edward (Eddie) Cuthbert who served for six terms as a Member of the Roads Committee and a former Churchwarden.

We send sincere condolences to Eddie’s family and invite members of the Municipality to attend St Brelade Parish Church on Thursday, 2 July at 11.30 am.

Aged 98 years. Doris passed away peacefully on Tuesday, 2 June, 2026 at Lakeside Residential Care Home. Now reunited with her dearly loved husband Walter John and daughter Carol, Doris will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.

Passed away suddenly at home on Sunday, 3 May, 2026, aged 89 years. Loving wife of Maurice Power (deceased), adored mother to Richard, Martin and Blanche and much-loved Nan to Jack, Marcus and Skye. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

A private funeral has taken place.

The family thank Andy and his team at Lakeside Care Home for their kindness and compassion throughout Geoff’s time in their care.

Sadly passed away whilst swimming at Havre de Pas bathing pool, a place that was so special to him, on Saturday, 13 June, 2026, aged 71 years. He was loved so very much and will be greatly missed.
