Passed away suddenly in his 69th year on Thursday, 1 November, 2018. Will be greatly missed by his loving wife Dr Usha and his two devoted children Aparna and Anitha. Passed away peacefully at Silver Lea Care Home on Friday, 19 October, 2018, in his 94th year, beloved husband of the late Audrey (née Tostevin), dearly loved father, father-in-law and grandfather of Valerie, Stuart and Peter, Ross, Jenny, Craig and Ben. A private family funeral has taken place. Jack’s family would like to thank all at Silver Lea for their care and kindness to Jack during his stay with them.
