Daphne, Brian and family would like to thank everyone who attended their mother Irene’s funeral, those who called and sent cards; it is greatly appreciated. Thanks to the staff at the General Hospital, who looked after Mum when she was suddenly taken ill. Thanks to all the staff and nurses at Jersey Hospice Care, who showed great compassion and the most wonderful care during her last few days. Special thanks to Joy and the team from Maillard’s for her continual guidance and support. Finally, thanks to Reverend Graeme Halls for the beautiful service at St Lawrence Church and Pallot Florists for the beautiful arrangement. Irene will be sorely missed by those who she loved and those who loved and knew her.
