João, Monica and John would like to thank all family and friends who attended Cristina’s funeral, for their support, cards and donations to Jersey Hospice Care in memory of Cristina.
Special thanks to Dr Soomal and the staff at the Oncology Department, Jersey General Hospital.
Many thanks also to the amazing staff at Jersey Hospice Care who cared so compassionately for Cristina in her last three weeks.

Sadly passed away on Tuesday, 1 August, 2017, aged 61 years with his loving partner and family by his side, much-loved partner of Anita, son of the late Allan and Phyllis Rawlinson, father of Dean and much-loved and adored brother of Mandie, Barry and the late Sharon, Godfather to Zoe and uncle to his nieces and nephews.
