LE GROS, Mavis (Jean) (née Makin)

He saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be, So he put his arms around you and whispered ‘come with me’. With tearful eyes we watched you slowly fade away, Although we loved you dearly, We would not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, Your beautiful smile at rest, It’s lonesome here without you, However, we know you are by our side. And now it’s time to hand you back to Dad’s open arms. Good night, sweet dreams, you are loved more than words can say and will always be in our hearts.

From daughter Jenny, son-in-law Martin, granddaughters Stephanie and Danielle.
