Elaine’s family would like to thank all those who attended the funeral, and all who kindly sent cards and messages of condolence. Our thanks to Father Nick Barry for conducting the service and to Paul Battrick MBE of Pitcher & Le Quesne for his help, support and kindness. We also thank the Royal Channel Islands Yacht Club for their hospitality and friendliness to the relatives and guests of one of their now departed life-members. Our thanks also to the staff at Little Sisters of the Poor for their professional care and respect given to Elaine at all times. Passed away peacefully after a long illness, on Friday, 27 January, 2017 in the excellent care of Silver Springs Care Home, loving son of the late Ivor and Rozelle and brother of the late Yvonne Anne, father to Shay and Adrian, brother of Damien, Adrian and Roy, grandfather, uncle and brother-in-law. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
