Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 12 October, 2016, aged 100 years, husband of the late Kay, dear friend of Henry, Eileen, Esther and Grace. Resting in God’s care.

Relatives and friends wishing to attend the funeral service for Jack are invited to St Paul’s Church, New Street, St Helier on Wednesday, 26 October at 12. 30 pm followed by a committal at the Crematorium Chapel, Westmount Road.
