Derek, Stephen and Jenny would like to thank everyone who attended the celebration of life for Joan. The St Clement and Grève de Azette WIs for providing refreshments, the Connétable and staff at St Clement Parish Hall and the St Clement Honorary Police. The family are deeply grateful for the care and support provided by the Jersey Motor Neurone Disease Association, the nurses at Family Nursing & Home Care, the hospital Neurological Unit and all the other health care workers involved with Joan’s care.
