Gloria and family would like to thank all family and friends for their support following the loss of our beloved Peter. The cards, messages, calls and visits have greatly helped us during this difficult time as did Terry Le Main’s Facebook communications. Grateful thanks to Dr Chris Mattock for all his efforts, along with the Haemotology and Oncology teams, to ensure Peter had the best possible quality of life during his illness, and to Dr Chohan of Cleveland Clinic. Thanks also to Cally, Pat and Sarah from the Medical Day Case Unit for caring for him during his many visits, and Sorel Ward staff for all their care and attention to Peter in his last days. Thanks also to Dr Mike Richardson for his compassion and support during Peter’s stay on Sorel, and to Dr Nicky Bailhache and Imelda Noonan from the Palliative Care Team. Contributions from Colin Wall and Dickie Nobes to Peter’s funeral service were greatly appreciated helping us through this difficult day as did Tracy and Harry’s photo display. The Reverend Canon David Shaw conducted a moving service and the Funeral Choir and Organist’s contributions were appreciated. Grateful thanks to family and friends for their donations to Friends of Oncology in memory of Peter. Family flower arrangements from Fiori Bella were beautiful due to the attention to detail given by Fi.
