HUNT, Frank Arthur

We, Nat and Adrian wish to thank everyone who supported us recently upon the very sad loss of our Dad. Thanks to everyone who called, brought food, sent flowers and cards, and so much more, that was so very much appreciated. Thanks in particular to John who looked after Dad as his own father, caring for him at home for the last few weeks, you are an amazing man. Thanks also to Theresa and Amelia for their support. To Jim Wilkinson and his team at Family Nursing and Home Care, the amazing hospice nurses and Dr Matt Doyle, thank you for your invaluable help, we really couldn’t have done it without you. To our wonderful friends who sustained us, emotionally and physically, particularly in Dad’s last 24 hours, especially to Rita O’Shea, Steve Battrick and Catherine Broome, we love you all. To all Dad’s friends and ours, who visited him and kept him entertained, and attended his funeral service, to Reverend Robin Dupre for conducting such a fitting tribute, as well for his spiritual support to both us and to Dad. We also very much appreciate the excellent food and service of the staff at St Helier Yacht Club after the funeral and the girls at Garlands for providing Nat with the flowers.

For their ongoing support, we’d like to recognise our employers and colleagues, particularly Selina Camara at RBSI and Adrian’s colleagues at State Street. We are blessed to have such wonderful family who travelled from America and Ireland to be with us, you brought us great comfort. Andy Errington-Rennell of Pitcher & Le Quesne has been a great friend, the respect, thoughtfulness and dignity he showed to Dad and the family is something we are very grateful for. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism in arranging the funeral. It is impossible to remember, name and thank everyone, so please forgive us if we have forgotten anybody and accept this acknowledgement as our profound gratitude and appreciation. Dad together with Mum made us who we are today, their love and their guidance will stay with us always. We miss them and will always love them.
