Aileen and Paul would like to thank all our family and friends for the cards, letters and phone calls following the death of their father. Christine and Richard would like to thank most sincerely the staff at the Intensive Care Unit, the wonderful nurses from the Hospice and from Family Nursing and the carers who all made it possible for Martin to be in his own home when he died. Our thanks to all those who have made donations to the Hospice in Martin’s memory, to everyone who sent us such greatly appreciated cards and letters, to the Reverend Michael Phillips for the funeral service, to the choir and to all family and friends who came to say goodbye to Martin. A further thank you to Ken Browne of Maillard’s for arranging the funeral in such a kind and sensitive way.
