Peter and Monique and their families would like to thank all family and friends who attended Alice’s funeral. Thanks to all those who sent cards and Telephoned with support at this very sad time. Sincere thanks to all the nurses and doctors in the Intensive Care Unit and Rayner Ward, you did your best to make her comfortable. Special thanks to Monsignor Nicholas France for conducting such a lovely personal service and to Alan Mollet for playing the organ. Special thanks to Ron and Nancy Maletroit for doing the eulogy, you did it beautifully. Thanks also to Steve De Ste Croix and all the team at Maillard’s for their compassion and professionalism. Thanks also to St John’s Inn for the lovely food. Many thanks for the donations to the Jersey Asthma Society. Once again, thank you all for your constant love and support. God bless you all.

Kind, generous and warm hearted, Ritchie’s infectious smile and quick-witted humour brightened the lives of all who knew him. Frank, down to earth and resourceful, his irrepressible spirit was an inspiration. Loyal, devoted and dependable, his vibrant love of life will remain alive in the hearts of those who loved him and all those who had the pleasure and privilege to call him their friend.
