God saw her getting tired, A cure was not to be, He wrapped her in His loving arms and whispered ‘Come with Me’. She suffered much in silence, her spirit did not bend. She faced her pain with courage, until the very end. She tried so hard to stay with us but her fight was not in vain, God took her to His loving home and freed her from the pain.

Carol, Ross and Lauren would like to thank all their dear family and many friends who have supported them through their sad loss of Maurice. We were overwhelmed with the number of people who attended the service to see Maurice off. Many thanks to all who called, sent cards and made donations to Jersey Hospice Care. We would like to say thank you to Corbière Ward for their care of Maurice. A huge thanks to St. Clement’s Sports Club for very generously providing the reception and club house, you did Maurice proud. Thanks also to Paul Battrick of Pitcher & Le Quesne for his compassion, professionalism and making sure all ran smoothly and to Reverend Debbie Godefroy for a touching service. Our heartfelt thanks to you all.
