Also to Doctor Vincent (Andy) who looked after John for the last 22 years, you were his rock Andy. Thanks to Anita who helped us all so much, also to Peter and Donna for your help and kindness, a big thank you to Maxine (oxygen) whose visits meant so much to John. On behalf of Dad and myself a very special thank you to our beloved daughter Angela, who in my place was always there for her Dad. You truly have been wonderful having to see to everything for us, Dad was so proud of you, especially as he knew you were not well yourself. You have been and still are my rock.
