Carol would like to thank all the family and friends who attended Pops funeral. To Rev David Jones for taking the service and making it a happy occasion celebrating Pop’s time on earth and kind words about his active life. To Allan Mollet for the beautiful music which was bright and cheerful, just as Pops would have chosen himself. Also thanks to all the staff at the Crematorium for their care and kindness. Thank you to Dr Rosser and his staff at Lister House for the wonderful care over the last 20 years. To the swift attendance of the paramedics, the doctors and nurses at A&E and the staff on the EAU ward for making his last hours as comfortable as possible. I am deeply indebted to the Family Nursing and Home Care for their wonderful care and time they had for Pops during his latter years, they always brightened up his days. I would like to thank my good friend Julia for her support to me and Pops during his time of illness. My thanks to Steve de Ste Croix and Joy Morgan of Maillard’s for their compassion and guidance with my Pop’s funeral arrangements and the interment of his ashes. To all of you, a big thank you for the donations sent to Family Nursing. To dear Pops – bétôt.
