HACQUOIL, Sylvia (née Lewis)

Passed away peacefully after a courageous battle to cancer at her daughter’s home, surrounded by her loving family, on Sunday, 12 January, 2014, much-loved Mum of Graeme, Bernardine and Shaun, mother-in-law to Fred, adored Nan of Karl and Jamie. She will be greatly missed by all. Special Thanks to Dr Matlock and the Oncology team, Dr Slater, Jersey Hospice and Family Nursing for their kindness.
