Relatives and friends wishing to attend the funeral mass for Vitor are invited to meet at St Thomas’ Catholic Church, Val Plaisant, St Helier, on Friday, 17 January at 1 p. m. , followed by private cremation. No flowers please by request. Donations may, if desired, be sent in memory of Vitor to CLIC Sargent (Jersey), Carers for Children and Teenagers with Cancer, c/o Mr Andy Salter, Treasurer, 50 Palace Close, St Saviour, JE2 7SG. Cheques to be made payable to CLIC Sargent Cancer Care for Children (Jersey). There will be a retiring collection in church following the mass for the above charity. Conrad and immediate family wish to thank all those other family, friends and acquaintance who sent messages of sympathy upon their recent bereavement and all who attended Gill’s funeral. Our thanks also go to the nurses and staff at Jersey General Hospital, particularly if we may, she who sat with Gill and Conrad at Gill’s passing, and those of the Air Ambulance Service all of whom did everything in their power to keep Gill’s discomfort to a minimum. Our thanks also go to the Rev Philip Warren, Jerry Crow and the staff at de Gruchy’s, and Fi of Woodside Farms Florists for ‘Albert’. Thank you all who have made donations in Gill’s memory and anyone else involved in comforting us at this time.
