PRITCHARD, Idwal

Memories of a very dear husband, father and Taid, who died 22 August, 1986.

Greatly missed, much-loved, in our thoughts each day.

It’s so still on Bodafon Mountain, yet I hear quite clearly now,

All the whispering sounds of summer, that no city ears allow.

And there’s love on Bodafon Mountain, there’s a rapture so serene,

That one heart’s too small to hold it, or to know all it may mean.

There’s a power on Bodafon Mountain, and the golden glory’s seen,

Of a shimmering gorse’d helmet, crowning an ancient queen.

And birds sing on Bodafon Mountain, flowers bloom and all creatures dance,

On a hill that is true perfection, and I found it just by chance.
