Thank you to Barney and Maria from Maillards for their professionalism and kindness in arranging for a send-off that Mike would have appreciated and approved of. Finally, with grateful thanks to Dr Melchoir, all at the General Hospital, Macmillan Cancer Support, Jersey Cancer Relief, End of Life Team at Jersey Hospice and 4health who looked after Mike so well during his illness.
