Passed away peacefully at the General Hospital on Monday, 5 June, 2023, aged 92 years, beloved husband of the late Maureen Allen, loving father of son Mark and daughter Julie, daughter-in-law Liz and son-in-law Ron, grandfather to Neil, Claire, Katie and Sean, and great-grandfather to Bobby, Jess and Dante.

Rest in peace.

BARNARD, Valerie Diana Marie (née Poole)

Passed away peacefully in the extraordinary care of Maison St Brelade, with her Carole by her side, on Monday, 5 June, 2023, aged 94 years, adored Mum and much-loved sister, auntie and great-auntie. Now reunited with her beloved husband Derek. She will be very sadly missed.

Her family are so grateful for the love, care and compassion that Sam and her team at Maison St Brelade showered over her (and Carole). Truly above and beyond. No one could have wished for more.
