I would like to thank all who sent cards, flowers, emails and made calls. They were all such a comfort. I’d like to thank all who attend John’s funeral, and the Reverend Tracy Bromley for conducting such a lovely service. Thanks are due also to the staff of De Gruchy’s Funeral Care, and Silver Lea for taking good care of John. Also included are the staff at Dementia Jersey for the support of John throughout.

Thanks to Reverend Pete Stone for leading the service, Nick Cabot for playing the organ and John Le Ruez for driving the lorry on Nev’s final journey. Finally thank you to all who have made donations to the Greatwood Charity – caring for former racehorses and children with special needs.
Sadly passed away in the loving care of Jersey Hospice on Sunday, 21 January, 2024, aged 82 years, loving husband of Eileen, father of Dionne, father-in-law to Ian, and Poppy to Sophia and Mim. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
