Died peacefully at the Jeanne Jugan Residence, on Saturday, 20 February, 2016, aged 98 years, loving wife of the late Raymond Owen, devoted mother of Michael and Angela, daughter-in-law Mary and beloved Nan to Melanie.
Family and friends wishing to attend a mass to Celebrate Noelé’s life are invited to attend the Little Sisters Chapel, St John’s Road, St Helier, on Wednesday, 2 March at 10 am, to be followed by private burial.
