Passed away at home on Sunday, 23 March, 2025, aged 94. Beloved husband of Mari, cherished father of Deborah and Christopher, father-in-law of Andre, adored grandfather of India, Kitt and Aqvila and great-grandfather of Leonardo and Sebastian. Bob will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Followed by a private Interment.

Simone, Paul, Sheena and Frank would like to thank all who attended David’s funeral and those who sent cards, flowers, messages and telephoned. Thank you also to Mark Bond for leading the service and reading the eulogy and to Joseph and his team at the Hotel Ambassadeur for their kind attention at the wake. Special thanks go to the staff at Sandybrook Residential Home for the wonderful care given to David in his last few months. Finally, a big thank you to Andy and the staff at Pitcher & Le Quesne for their compassion and consideration in handling the funeral arrangements. We are grateful for the comfort and kindness shown to us over these last few difficult weeks, it is very much appreciated.

SPENCER, Grace Buesnel

Passed away peacefully in the care of L’Hermitage Care Home on Friday, 21 March, 2025, just three days after her 92nd birthday. Wife of the late David Spencer. Grace was a much-loved mother to Nicola and Caroline, mother-in-law to Roy and Gerry, grandmother to Leif, Kell and Sven, Sebastian, Anouska and her partner Dan, and great-grandmother to Sunny.

Close to our hearts you will always stay, loved, and remembered every day.

Passed away peacefully in the wonderful loving care of Cheval Roc Nursing Home on Saturday, 22 March, 2025, aged 96 years, beloved and devoted wife of 71 years to the late Garnet (‘the love of my life’), much-loved and treasured Mum to Jill and the late Roger, mother-in-law to Sue and John, deeply loved Super Gran of Laura and Greig and adored Granny Great of Ellen. She will be greatly missed by us all and forever in our hearts.
