Rosemary and the family would like to thank all those who attended Douggie’s funeral, those who sent beautiful cards and messages, Aurelie Norman and the funeral singers for the lovely music, and Shane of De Gruchys, who could not have helped us more if we had been his own family. We are also deeply grateful to the staff of St Josephs who eased the last difficult years for Douggie with their love and kindness to us both and the staff at the General Hospital who did all they could to ease the last ten very hard days. Thank you all from our hearts.
