Thanks to those who sent donations in memory of Rosanna to the Huntington Disease Association and the British Heart Foundation. WOOD, Kathleen Amelia (née Martin)

Passed peacefully away on Wednesday, 29 June, 2016 at the General Hospital, aged 85 years, widow of the late Norman Wood, loving mother to Janette, Anita and Norman, mother-in-law of Heather, grandmother of Matthew and Ashley, Alexandra and James. Sadly missed, always in our hearts. Rest in peace. Goodnight to our best friend Kathy, a lovely lady. Left the garden of Baycroft to be in the garden of heaven. Very sadly missed. A la préchaine.

DURAND, Bernard Francis

Pamela, Mary and family would like to thank all those who attended Bernard’s funeral, those who sent cards and letters of condolence and donations in his memory. We would also like to thank the staff of Lakeside Manor Care Home for their care of Bernard and the family during his final illness, also the staff of Beech Ward, Sandybrook Day Centre and Total Living Care. Particular thanks must go to Dr Philippa Venn, Andrew Le Feuvre and Becki Falla for their care and support of Bernard and the whole family in recent years. Thanks also to Father Benjamin, the Funeral Choir and Paul Battrick for his care and guidance and all the staff of Pitcher & Le Quesne for the wonderful service. Thanks too to the management and staff of the Moulin de Lecq for the lovely reception held afterwards.
