Billy died peacefully on Bartlett Ward, at the General Hospital, after a short illness, on Wednesday, 4 December, 2013, aged 67 years. Billy was a hugely popular man in Jersey and he will be sadly missed by carers and friends at the Jersey Cheshire Home, family in Scotland and the wider Jersey community.
Relatives and friends wishing to attend Billy’s funeral service are invited to meet at the Crematorium Chapel, Westmount Road, on Tuesday, 17 December at noon. By request no flowers please.
